Terms & Conditions

• We will not be responsible for any item lost in mails. This applies to registered mail also. (If we have the registered mail invoice)
  


• Items sold are not refundable/ exchangeable. (We will ensure that all items are in good conditions before sending out)
  


• Items will be sent out within 3 working days after sales are closed.
  


• Payment to be made within 3 days after orders is confirmed. If not, items will be offered to the next interested buyer.
  


• Postage to be borne by buyers unless stated otherwise. (Combined postage is possible)
  Meet ups is only available if item is bulky or fragile.
  


• For preorders:-
  - Payment must be made after orders are confirmed or before the pre orders end date. If not, we will consider as no orders taken in.
  - We will not be responsible if the supplier send in the wrong colors to us.
  - If supplier does not have the stock anymore, we will do a refund back to customers.
  - Please allow 10 - 20 days for the stock to arrive in Singapore.
  - Please note that once payment is transferred, there will be no cancellation/ changes.
